Welcome to Level Pro Coach (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Level Pro Coach mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. About the App

Level Pro Coach provides a platform where coaching professionals (“Coaches”) can offer their services, and clients (“Users”) can browse, connect, and book sessions with them.

        •        Coaches pay a monthly subscription fee to list and promote their services on the App.

        •        Users can search for Coaches free of charge. Users pay the coaches directly through the App.

We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any Coach or coaching service offered through the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Coach account or use the booking features as a User. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

        •        Coach Accounts: Coaches must pay the applicable monthly subscription fee. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

        •        User Accounts: Free for clients booking coaches.

        •        You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments

Subscription fees for Coaches are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payment details must be kept current to avoid service interruption.

5. Data We Collect

By using the App, you agree that we may collect and process:

        •        Personal details (name, contact information)

        •        Booking information

        •        Chat messages exchanged within the App

        •        Location data (for matching and booking purposes)

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

        •        Use the App for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent yourself.

        •        Post or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

        •        Circumvent payment or booking systems provided by the App.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App acts solely as a booking platform. We do not control, monitor, or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any Coach or service.

All arrangements are made directly between Coaches and Users.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

        •        We accept no liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from the use of the App or any coaching service booked through it.

        •        We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (software, branding, design, and content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Coaches remain liable for any outstanding subscription payments at the date of termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
